These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services ("Services"). By using PicFlic, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use PicFlic.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without permission.

3. Use of Services

PicFlic allows users to:

  • Create binary image polls.
  • Vote on image-based questions.
  • Earn and use points based on activity.
  • View results and engage with the community.

You must not:

  • Use the platform for harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
  • Post misleading or inappropriate images.
  • Attempt to manipulate point systems through bots or exploits.

4. Points System

  • New users receive 100 points upon sign-up.
  • Users earn 1 point per vote and spend 1 point per expected poll response.
  • Points have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.

5. Poll Rules

Polls can:

  • Be set to expire within a maximum of 7 days.
  • Be published anonymously if selected.

PicFlic reserves the right to remove any poll that violates our guidelines.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post.

By posting, you grant PicFlic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

We may remove content that violates our policies without notice.

7. Notifications

You agree to receive in-app and push notifications about poll activity, updates, and other relevant content.

Notification settings can be adjusted in your account preferences.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

PicFlic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the platform at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

PicFlic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Arab Emirates.
